This page has all of the codes for units, buildings, upgrades, doodads, destructibles and abilities that are in WC3 by default.

For the rawcodes for custom abilities (which vary between every map) use RMPQex to dump the object data. You can get that here: http://forum.wc3edit.net/download/file.php?id=3107
