Im not really sure this is the right section for that...if you mean how to import loading screens then yeah, its right, however if your meaning how to design it, thats for the graphics department..

Loading screens are seperated into 4 pieces. upper left/right and down left right. They are split and each file need to be edited seperately.

Now we need more info on what you want exactly. Edit, export or import?

what i want is import...
like , the loading page..i want to change from the orginal one to any picture

You have to split a picture of a certain size into the four piecies.
You have to make the dimensions very precise but i dont remember right now. You have to wait untill someone who remember's sees this.
