I'm having issues with it and it's really bothering me.
What I did was I used MPQ Master and extracted out the .w3e and .doo file.
I then put them into a .w3x, map.
When I opened with Warcraft Editor, it crashed saying war3map.w3e is corrupt.

The people who told me what to do apparently didn't understand how much easier the other way was.
