How do you decreypt a database?

I don't want to bruteforce every method that would take 3 weeks .

All i have is username and hash encryption.

Birthday problem?

I was able to get some of the passwords by using a random attack. >_>.
Too bad i don't know which method it was because i wasn't paying attention. :[
