Angel Arena Eclipse (Too Big) Shorten map size

I want this map to be made a smaller size. I have inserted a cheat pack, but the map itself is to big to play. I would like someone to use Heavylocker to shorten the map size so I can play it. I do not want anything deleted. I have tried to open it with World Editor, but it's protected so I cannot make the map size bigger.

NOTE: I DO NOT WANT IT CHEATED, I JUST WANT THE MAP PLAYABLE. THE MAP IS TOO BIG!
