Yeah Get Xp or get a Virtual PC that runs Xp.You can run 2 operation systems on one PC one your Vista and the other XP.

i have VMware full on my pc, but my computer does not have enough RAM to run properly. I have the virtual pc basicly running anything Warcraft III related. But i have to set the memory too high so my main Vista pc does not run properly.

ive tried all of my maps, even a brand new one that i made that has no protecion on it at all...

I dont need more RAM, my pc has 4gb of ram. My virtual pc cannot run warcraft correctly without at least 2gb. My vista main pc is crap... I may downgrade to xp, or get a hacked version of windows 7...

And since Ozza's tools have a history in saving random data to C:\ it really could have helped to run as admin XD I don't get the whole .net shit, why does it only run sometimes and on some computers only? Probably just bad coding style - like using C:\\Windows\\temp\\xy in Java... Cause my audioplayer - banshee - never had such problems though it's 100% .net.

The problem is 3d acceleration, wc3 should run fine even with 512mb ram.
Get VirtualBox and turn on 3d acceleration, then start wc3 with the "-opengl" parameter and it should run flawless on the virtual machine.
