Yes, you could make a collided map for a cheated map. I don't see why you want to, but it should work.

initialD, what he means is he wants to take the original map, and put a cheatpack in it. Then, he wants to collide that cheated map. It would only work against the cheated one, sure, but if he managed to convince everyone that the cheated one was real, he could use the collided map against that cheated one. I don't know why, though, since you could just use the cheats, which are less limited...
