Can somebody make me some script for tinker's rearm? like Rearm's Lvl 3 without mana cost? Thanks.. i just want to place it in Dota maps..

All tinkers rearm is, is basically a refresh orb.

war stomp is the refresh skill and shockwave has a 30 sec cooldown so u can see the refresh in action.
