Ok so i deprotected jday200b today and when i tried opening it i received a message
of a critical error not enough storage is available to process this command.

If I recall correctly, that means you have a corrupt .w3i, (I believe that was the file). Get an empty file, and replace it.

Yeah, you need to replace the war3map.w3i with a blank one. Then it should work.
