Map Problem

I downloaded a map and threw it into my Map\Downloads Folder. Normally it would pop up when i host, but i cant find it =[
i even created a folder within Downloads just for that map, but its not there....this only happened recently
i tried redownloading the map, i tried restarting war3 but it just doesnt work. does anyone know how to fix this problem??
