http://www.portforward.com/
Find your router model, click on it, find Warcraft III, click on it, and follow the instructions. The guides are nicely written, and have pictures to help you out.

I had the same problem a while ago. You probably have the wrong one seeing as the pictures are always the same and should match yours. Just give me your routers name and model, I had a problem with this when i got verizon. Their modems are like routers themselves and i had to look at different verizon model routers to find the same page as my modem. It was basically like having 2 routers. Eventually after some time (5 days ago i started trying) about 1 or 2 hours in i got it to work. So ive been hosting for a week now. But as i said just give me your router model name and brand. A screenshot of the routers interface would help alot. But im not saying i NEED it to help you.

-Also. You should download the auto-port fowarder provided on portfoward.com.....It says you need to pay but dont worry i think they let you use it a couple times before MAKING you don't click me the new one. Im not sure but when i was attempting to foward my ports it LET me use the program. It might work for you. Theres also port checkers to see if your ports are forwarded. It helps out because instead of waiting to see if someone joins your game in Warcraft and leaves you wondering the program tells you straight away. Anyway. Hope you reply soon :D

Well, ok. If all else fails, take a look at your antivirus/firewall software. Kaspersky was MY hosting problem.
