He means open that map in WE, edit the stuff, and save it. Then, open it with MPQMaster, extract the object files, and then importing them over the original ones in the original map.

It's a Mac OS X version of MPQMaster. I thought Shadowflare had a program for it, but that one is designed for a particular file in Starcraft.
