It means something went wrong. Try replacing the war3map.w3i in the map with a blank one, using MPQMaster.

Do i really need to deprotect the map before i add a Cheatpack?
or i can edit the "war3map.j" using Jass without deprotecting the map?

Yeahhh, I downloaded all files, tried numerous times to deprotect,
probably think I'm some noob, but it might just be this map?

No, you don't need to deprotect it before you cheat it. In fact, it will probably make it harder to cheat, because deprotected maps are usually slightly (or very!) messed up.
