Here
things needed:
1.)XVI32
2.)MPQMaster
you can get them
MapName.zip
okay lets start please make sure that you follow the guide properly
so there will no errors

first open XVI32

then click File/Open Or just hit Ctrl+O

then find the file/.w3x/frozenthrone file you want to change the name
then this will came up
change the following in the pics wich i put a circle

now i change it
Do not remove the (|r)
Fast TD v3.8
Image

then hit save
If you succed Nice Job
but if you fail Try Again
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

You forgot a little bit, like adding/removing blank characters to keep the header size at 512. (As in, the M in MPQ needs to be the 512th character)

so i will need add/remove blank characters in the XVI32??
or the MPQmaster so it will have 512 size header now i get it

XVI32 has two parts to its view, did you notice? The left part shows the bits, in ASCII code numbers, and the right part shows what those bits translate to in plaintext. Just edit the text part on the right, the same way you would edit anything else. Click on the first character you want to change, and either delete the stuff you want to get rid of and type in new stuff, or just turn on overwrite mode and start typing (turning it off, of course, if you're typing more characters than there were originally, so you don't mess up anything: after the title is one character, I think ASCII code 20, which appears as a blank character in the plaintext, and then the author's name, and then the 20-character, and then the description, etc. You don't want to overwrite those parts, just add in the extra characters before the 20-character.)
Also, don't forget that if you add in any extra characters (more than there were before), remove an amount of blank spaces (from between the section of gibberish and text that includes the name, and the letters MPQ, which should be near the bottom of your screen (if you don't scroll anywhere, that is)) equal to the amount of characters you put in. Conversely, if it has less characters than it did before, add an equal amount of blank spaces into that area.
MPQ is supposed to be the 512th character, I believe, so try to keep that true.

If you use overwrite mode, you don't have to worry about deleting any spaces.

Yes it will. If you write in a title that is larger than the original, on overwrite, then you won't have problems with the 512 size. But, you'll overwrite stuff. And then there's errors. Right after the title is a character, and then the author, and then a character, and the description, etc. You need to be careful not to overwrite something, or you'll have the description as the author and the number of suggested players as a description, or something similar. Or it will just fail. I have had both happen to me before. That's why I suggest just being careful and adding/removing characters when necessary, and not using overwrite mode. It's a lot less likely to bork anything up.
