you can't ask other not to use elune arrow?
if someone else use kunkka you descyn again.
and kunkka 80% descyn. So the map is kinda useless.
As I said before now I say it again: you can't hope for more then local cheats on a collided map. It will descyn.

So I bet it just another not working dota collided map.

I don't think there's any 1.20e maphacks that work with Garena. It's been long enough since that patch was released that I'm pretty sure that they've managed to make Garena detect any maphacks released for it.
