I'm not sure what do you mean by that.As far as i know protecting a map deletes and compreses most of the map files, and when you deprotect it they are restored as much as they can.Or i'm wrong ?

you must restore them manually (and you cant even restore it 100%)
Do you know what you're talking about? All you have to do is extract the war3map.w3* files from the original and import them into the deprotected map, in WE (Object Editor>File>Import Custom XXX (changes based on tab) Data...>Path to the war3map.w3* file).
And if the war3map.w3* file isn't there, and a folder named Units\ is, you de-widgetize it. There's instructions for how to do so in the Map Deprotecting/Cheating subforum.

i tried what you've said but there is a problem the files are not a war3map.w3* format they are war3map.slk i can open them in excel but i don't have any idea how to import them when they are .slk files, or convert them into .w3* files.
Any advice will be nice
By war3map.w3*, I meant .w3t, .w3i, .w3b, etc.
It's widgetized, then. You'll need to use Silk Object Console:
Download link: download/file.php?id=4980
Decompress the attached zip
Rename map with widgetized files to MyMap.w3x
Run the .exe in the folder
Done!
If you need to use a different listfile (the one in the map, (listfile), doesn't have the right names), then open Config.ini, set EXTERNAL_LISTFILE=listfile.txt (change listfile.txt to match the filename of your listfile, place it in SOC's folder, and save.
