Besides, why would you play two games at once? Nothing really has long enough load times to give you time to play another game. Well, maybe in waiting rooms, but you won't know if the game started or not because you're playing a different game!

Right back at you. You said it was a no-go because you couldn't have two mice. I said my brother had two monitors and it worked fine.Dekar wrote:He also uses 2 mice? Read my post

I use to play Diablo 2 & Warcraft 3 at the same time. I'd magic find in Diablo while waiting for a game to start in Warcraft 3. Then once the game had started, I'd switch back, and wait until the next game.
Also, you cannot have more than two people logged on your account at once. Meaning, you get the Orange Box, play Portal on one computer, but you are unable to play Team Fortress on another.

Re: Steam
But Warcraft 3 and Diablo 2/Starcraft are on two different servers, which is totally retarded because I see people playing on Diablo 2/Starcraft while I play Warcraft but I can not add the friends I have on my Diablo 2/Starcraft account (yet they are on the same server...).
Want a couple of cool new commands for JJ's CP?

Er, yeah you can.sethyboy0 wrote:But Warcraft 3 and Diablo 2/Starcraft are on two different servers, which is totally retarded because I see people playing on Diablo 2/Starcraft while I play Warcraft but I can not add the friends I have on my Diablo 2/Starcraft account (yet they are on the same server...).
I have before. If you're playing Diablo, and want to add somebody on Warcraft 3, do /f a "account@azeroth/kalimdor/etc". If you're on Warcraft 3, and want to add someone on Diablo, do /f a "account@USEast/USWest/etc".

Re: Steam
I read through all the stuff in /help once, while I was waiting for a game to start. I kinda figured everyone else would have, too, at some point.
Bart, it's just a DRM. They want everyone that's playing their game to have bought it. It may make it hard to play two games at once, but really. It's not as fun when you're constantly switching games; it's like trying to watch two movies at once, you get bits and pieces of each without really experiencing either.

Re: Steam
That's not my point. My point is that I should have the RIGHT to play two seperate, fully-paid for games at once. I can't even play them on seperate computers. I have to make multiple accounts, and lists of them so I know their names/passwords and games. So if I want to play TF2, I have to log on to one account. If I want to play Portal, I have to log on to another.Senethior459 wrote:I read through all the stuff in /help once, while I was waiting for a game to start. Yeah, read through all that stuff when I first started playing Warcraft 3,
