Error Adding war3map.j to MPQ

Hey guys, I'm new here and stuff so I'm not sure if this issue was already addressed.
I've already used the search function and couldn't find anything.

I'm trying to add CP to Naruto Three Way map. I ran the MPQ Recover just fine. However,
I could not open the map with MPQ Master because it said "Error Opening Archive!". I switched
to Ladik's MPQ Editor which opened the map with no errors. I extracted the war3map.j,
added Aero's CP Version 3 (thanks :]), saved the war3map.j file, and tried putting it back into
the map. However, I get an error:

Failed to add the file "C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Desktop\war3map.j" to MPQ (Error Code 39).

Can you guys help me out? I'll post the link of the map up if anyone wants to try. :]

Is the map in use by anything? Close WC3 before you edit the map, or use Unlocker if you have it installed, to unlock any handles and let you edit it. If you're playing the map in WC3, it won't work - I've even not been able to edit maps because they were selected on the list of maps when you go to host!

Better way to say it... if your computer has the map loaded from anything, MPQMaster will not edit the map.
If you have a file open that contains the map, or you have WC3 running and it's at the "Create Game" list.
P.S. You don't need to close WC3, you can be in a channel, but if you had opened MPQMaster while at the
Game List, you might have to re-open MPQMaster before being able to edit the map.

Update: its not working. Nothing is using the map. MPQMaster and Ladik's still has the error

Try MPQView, if just to extract everything and make a new map with WinMPQ. I believe it's in the Tools section, under the title of Anti-Cortector or something. I've actually had it work when Ladik's couldn't and RMPQEx wouldn't (you can't add with it, but you could probably also try this to extract everything and put it in a new map; it uses storm.dll, as does MPQView (and WC3, which is why they are more likely to work!))

Oh. I'm sorry. I thought the tool section was the file server. I was searching the entire thing and was like
"WHERE IS THIS FILE!?"

Update:
Alright, so I used MPQView to extract all the files of the w3x map. I put it in a folder called "Naruto2". I opened WinMPQ, made a new MPQ, and added the folder "Naruto2" to it. So now, I have the file "NarutoThreeWay.mpq" with all of the w3x files in it. However, it's not w3x. How would I save it to be compatible with Warcraft 3 (basically save it as w3x)?

Another thing, I tried saving it as a w3x ---> Save As... ----> NarutoThreeWay.W3X
The file looks like a normal w3x map but when I put it into the /Maps/Download folder, it doesn't show up ingame. I used HeavyLocker to see what's going on and it told me that an "an array is fixed or temporarily locked". How would I fix this?
