GUI (Graphical User Interface)
GUI in WC3 offers graphical icons, and visual indicators, as opposed to text-based interfaces (ie. JASS), to fully represent the information and actions available to a user. The actions are usually performed through direct manipulation of the graphical elements. Since GUI in wc3 doesn't have a garbage collector, it will leak. It may also cause lag issue for some players.


JASS (Just Another Scripting Syntax)
JASS is an event driven scripting language used in WC3 game. Map creators may use it in the World Editor or other JASS softwares to create triggers and AI scripts. JASS users have much more freedom on making triggers compared to GUI users. Generally, JASS is more efficient on the coder, both in terms of time spent and in terms of readability.

Answer to zbw_1988:
You have to, above the cheatpack commands, theres a link called Click Me. Click on it to go to the cheat pack page. Extract the war3map.j file from a map, put it into jasscraft, insert the first part under globals insert the second part under endglobals insert the third part under Function Main Takes Nothing Returns Nothing then save it then put it back into the MPQ editor you're using, play the map, type the activator, and cheat away. if you need help cheating a map private message me.
~Or the second way~
Start ozapoo's autoCP tool, open the map in that, select the wanted cheat pack, type the activator you want into the text box that says "activator" press insert cheats, and you're done.

WARNING: ALL MAPS CANNOT BE HACKED WITH THE AUTOCP YOU WILL SOMETIMES HAVE TO USE THE FIRST METHOD!!!!!! Get autocp in the tools section. i think MPQmaster can also be found in the tools section. if not google search it. Ill upload Jasscraft and MPQeditor, but i would highly advise using MPQmaster as it's beter, yet i cannot find mine right now.

Those two cps are on their first stages.
There could be a lot of new versions.
I am just waiting them to release a more stable version before I list it there so that I wouldn't need to edit my post too often.
