well my friend that made a few popular maps said start with newgen where can i dl this? and i hope this is the right place to post :D

whenever i use the newgen and test map it opens warcraft 3 in windowed mode(it does not take up full screen) is there any way to change this?

It does that because it's more convienient for testing. You just want to test the map real quick, not spend the time to switch between fullscreen WC3 and NewGen to make changes/notes about bugs. I don't know if you can change it, just because it's better windowed.
