Because you must open the Port in the Firewall of the Programm, too.

if it was kaspersky, I could probably help you. Mcafee I havnt used in a decade.

In kaspersky, I have to unchecl stealth mode for the network adapter, and change the firewall mode to full speed. See if you have such settings in mcafee

Theres also a "learn mode" for Kaspersky. When use a proggie to access the internet, it will ask me id I want to allow the program and its ports.

If you turn off your mcafee, can you host?

You said it yourself :( The router is your problem...

If your router is like mine, deconnect the yellow wire and the blue wire, yellow from hardrive and blue from router.
Connect the blue wire where the yellow was... the router is the only thing that stops me from hosting so i unplug it alot..
If you dont have a internet GET ONE

Please watch the dates on topics... this is not your first mistake on this..

In fact I believe you've done it more than 6 times... I'm just gonna delete some posts.

Maybe I missed it, but did you mention the name of your router? it could help if you'd share that.
