I think what they mean is that they can find out what's wrong, but if they put it back in the map, it would be changing the map, therefore people would need to re-dl the map. No one's going to re-dl DotA.

It seems like it's not the same. Probably Oxid or someone else just created another AMH's detector?
erm........ Xantan's one is better, to be honest. hm.... Still it's not good enough.
Xantan's AMh is better but it can't be done in a collided map. It's too limited what can be done on a collided map.
