lol I took back what i said.
I talked to them they did really change a bit.
At least for days now there are no more stupid loud Hi FI.

I am too loud from time to time, too... My problem is I have a downfire subwoofer which spreads the bass really smooth over the whole room, but makes the floor vibe... not the right equipment for a flat -.-
Over new years eve I had two friends here and we were watching Sin City in HD on my 88" "screen" (projector) with a lot of bass XD

A real story of my friend.
So his mom and the neighbor were having some argument. And his neighbor decided to open loud TV with super hi fi, porn movies, everyday , just to mess with my friend's family.
I think it's hilarious.

In Germany it wouldn't take long and the police would knock friendly but distinct at his door and ask if they may join him...

(Actually they'd just grab the TV including the porn tapes (hey, it's evidence!) and have a nice afternoon at the station...) XD

The police did go and knock. But they don't have a search warrent they can't get in the house. And the bad neighbor was so scared they throw away all the porn dvd at midnight.

Once I was caught with porn dvd (plus pirated version!) on my vehicle. They police stared at the dvd's cover for so long!
The wanted me to bribe them but I can't. I don't have much money.
So after one of the police stared at those porn's pictures for a long time, he decided to let me go.
hm.... the magic of porn? lol
