I got Messed Up Ban

My CD Keys were banned from Battle.Net and now i cant get on i tried new ones but those are being banned too someone please help me fix it I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS WRONG (could be that i forgot to restart Warcraft 3 before playing a regular game to disable bendik's maphack XD)

Might be my IP every time i try to go to Bnet even with totally diferent working CD Keys it says they are banned it might be banning the ones i use from my IP so someone please help
