it says limited conectivity for me.. how do you set it up

You have to install the thing from the Microsoft site. Then you put in the IP address and subnet gateway.

That's about it.

Then go to whatismyip.com and get your ip and set the ip of the new connection (loopback adapter) to that.

If you don't have a router it will get a limited connection. Still works though.
