I'm not replying to deprotect the map, BUT~ Deprotecting a map can screw the triggers models etc.. in it. If you want to add custom triggers and stuff do it in JassCraft so you do not ruin the map o.o

Just so you know I'm playing on a Macintosh Computer. I do have parallels desktop, but I'm not downloading Warcraft on to that just to edit this map. And if you can't de-protect it that kind of blows because I don't want triggers like, Max Gold or Level 100,000 because you IMBA level in this game. All I want is to make certain creep's drop certain items and to make a few heroes ranged instead of melee! So if you could please try again, or have someone with more experience try? That would be great =]

p.s. this is the program I used to de-protect maps when I was on my PC.

Is this request recover,deprotect or modify?
If you deprotect it then you can't modify the map anymore. You don't need warcraft to edit the map, just get jasscraft and mpq editor, modify the war3map.j file and put it back in with mpq editor.

You can add new triggers and change object data. If you want to make a specific creep drop an item then just make a new trigger something like
Event - (Unit) Dies
Action - Create (Item) at Position of Triggering Unit.
To make the melee heroes ranged just change them in the object editor.

P.S It's hard to see when you type in blue, and I noticed you said "downloading" Warcraft.
