What is the activator cheat command in fight of characters 8

i got one fight of characters 8.0 map,but i don't know what is the activator cheat command,
i have try to use MPQmaster to get war3map.j,but MPAmaster can't open that map,
when try to open it will apear some error -.-! can i know why?i think the map has been protected-.-!
i also have use "xdep" to get war3map.j,but failed also -.-

can anyone try to deprotection this map?And tell me whether this map has activator cheat command?
