i understand some of them but the ones with * before the - are the ones i dont understand.
Will someone please clarify how to use and what it does?
Also... i see the -itemid command and it words fine but i dont see how the id can be used...

-reg <kill/explode/red/blue/teal/purple/yellow/orange/green/pink/gray/lb/dg/brown> Right-click two spots and it will create the area set to trigger specified command
-float ### ### First #'s are height 2nd are speed for selected unit(s)
-area #### ## First 4 #'s are terrian rawcode and the other is size just click where ever to make the terrain change
-autoh Auto heals selected unit(s) to specified precentage
-disable Turns of the commands of any of the made -reg's
-list1-8 Displays the commands and what they do
-unit #### Spawns specified unit rawcode at clicked location
-nounit Turns off -unit
-act Sets the activator to whatever specified
-destid Use this with -reg none
-addhp Adds to max hp of selected unit(s) needs to be divisable by 200

Dammit, I had written out everything, but then my browser froze up, and JJ posted first...
The ID you get from using -itemid is the rawcode of that item. You use it with commands like -spawn.
