Whisper the person "ZinGir", and say this.

She probably won't reply back, as she's AFK a lot and checks in every few minutes.

Though if she does see the message, you'll get unbanned.

Honestly I think you could just write a letter containing the following...

Dear TBR mapmaker,

Blizzard has received information that you make money off your map. This breaks the UEG that you agreed to before you were allowed to play Warcraft III/Warcraft III The Frozen Throne. Due to this, your account will be de-activated as of (Say some date in like a week), also, your I.P. will be banned. Any information of you having a new account will be banned, along with your CD-key. You won't be able to play any other Blizzard owned game such as Diablo, Starcraft, or World of Warcraft.

well i don't think that account is banned but i was hosting a game on it and this noobs like Father Time! how did you get that banned! (then left the game will ban him for leaveing =D) but he just might of IP banned me on his list but its no problem i can change my IP any time and it was on another account so ya. i just wanted to tell people not to have father time
