Downloading Maps

I am new to w3edit i just joined today and i never downloaded map from the internet..i dont know how to get it onto the Frozen Throne and some maps i have the cheats dont work what should i do?

for some maps, the cheat activators are different. If you don't know what they are, try putting them here and asking people to find out.

For putting maps into your warcraft 3 folders, if you installed the game with the default settings, go to program files -> WarcraftIII -> Maps -> dowload

and save them there.

The activator should be in the topic, just look around for a command that doesn't make sense to you, like, "-CcD", or "-cheats(space)(space)"

Look in blizzard support for more help and maybe look in the wc section (help) and the stickies on this forum
