How do I make this my loading screen?

I got this awesome picture from TheWand, and when I go to the loading screen options, it won't let me pick the picture. I don't know if it's because the size of the picture is too big or what, but it's not working.

Also, idk how to make a different picture the little picture that people see when they download the map. How's that work?

Anyone help?
