my brother gets us ip banned like every week with his nub hacks =D
you need to screw with your router settings so it goes to default settings then it will refresh your ip or:

if you have static ip
turn off router for 24 hours

I'm not sure if it will work on WC3, honestly. I know it works for browsers and stuff, I see no reason it wouldn't work for WC3, if you configure it properly.

it works but like the only difference would be instead of connecting and saying the ip ban right away its delayed like 10 seconds, Battle.net still detects my ip...
