Anti-Cinematic?

I remember there was this player [Name Omitted i guess] who had this program that disabled quite a few commands for SotDRP (SotDRP would be the best test for this). He paused the game before the game started, during the beginning cinematic, and he was completely fine when the host timebanned him (It sends him into a cinematic), He almost went past the host's Defeat command, what was that program?

BTW, he actually asked the host to do all that.

It was something Shamanno1 posted a few weeks ago. It lets you escape cinematics by pressing F8, and it stops you from being kicked by scripts, though not programs... Lemme see.
