POI: TKoK Protecton avoidance

there is a file resting next to the war3map.j file in the scripts folder of TKoK. It has all of the basic functionality of a common.j file, save one edit that did not warrant it (haven't yet figured out what that does). Anyways, I was wondering if anyone would tell me what it's doing, considering it has 5000+ lines of code that aren't in the original common.j file from war3.mpq. I am thinking that it may have something to do with why editing TKoK crashes Warcraft3.

I'm pretty sure that they use Newgen WE to make them able to use a custom common.j file.
