Has anyone ever noticed how all the villains in these fantasy stories have very similar names? His name is Morgarath in this book. Sounds just like Morgoth (originally Melkor) from LotR. (In case you're wondering what the hell you missed, he was in The Silmarillion, not the trilogy)
