I got banned from bnet a long time ago is it possible to unban your ladder bnet key?

Lies! It's usually a 3 month ladder ban, if you've only hacked in ladder once.

well i remeber hacking like once or twice but i got banned from epicwar for a year and now im not
and now i still cannot use its been like 2 years

EpicWar isn't the same as WC3... Being banned on one doesn't affect the other.
CD-Key bans usually only last for a few months, and then you can play again. The same with IP bans.
