What do you mean by the commands does not work? Which command? Did you activate the cheats before using the commands? The activation code is in file comment.
I've tested the commands and it worked. If you found a command not working, tell me which command it is and i'll fix it.

A bunch of the item rawcodes are missing, they disappear about halfway down the list
