It says 1.0 at the top, but it's version 2. I just checked. It's got the activator changer thing at the bottom.

thanks i saw it but the window for display code, it is too big until bottom button cant see.

What would be quite cool for a next version is a "Find" command of some sort, so you can look for and edit the Jass a bit if by chance there were to be an anti-cheat in the map

It only shows you the code so you can see if it's already cheated or not. It's not designed for editing; you can't add stuff in. You can delete though.
The tool is designed for noobs who can't hack maps manually to be able to with a few simple clicks. If you were really able to edit the code, they would probably mess something up. Besides, JassCraft is undeniably the best tool for editing Jass, with all of its features.
