alright i try to open the second one but it wont let me the WinRar thing tells me its unable to open?

Can anyone post "Instructions on Using this for Dumbshits" because I have been fiddling with this damn thing for like an hour and can't get it to work.
Every time I try to gen something all boxes are greyed out except for a a chosen few (and by chosen few I mean like two).
I just want a low ranked pyro to team with my buddies who are wanting to start playing this.
EDIT: I've tried redownloading, nothing.
EDIT2: Fix'd... As stated earlier, I'm a dumbshit.

ive been playing swat alot a year ago ( found the codegen after a certain time ) and then started to codegen sometimes .. everything was going all right 
, but i stopped to play wc3 and well this week ive been playing swat and i made 3 chars, a demolition a HO and a borg ... i remembered about my old codegenner 
and went to open it ( i kept it the whole time ) so i loaded my 3 chars in it and for some reason i cant create other chars than what ive loaded myself in the rcpd hack 
... i also tried to dowload the new version of rcpd hack ( cause i think theres a new one after some things i red 
) but i havent been able to download it because the links that might be the new version are always bringing me to a 404 error page so .. anyway that someone could send it to me directly or send me [email protected] a non-broken link
