Why is it that when i replaced the warmap preview with my customized map preview the map size becomes larger when I optimized it. The size only becomes normal or playable when optimizing only when I import back the original warmap preview. I already changed my customized map preview to *.TGA file. I really need advise on this.

Well, Is your preview larger than the original preview?

After you delete a file, always, always flush it! That could be your problem.

Use good compression and conversion software.

IE Adobe Photoshop


Make it same size (dimensions) as previous war3MapPreview

Replace it, compact, done.
