its bugging me

erm... i don't know where i should post this. i have one problem that always bugging me whenever i played dota hacked map. this bug always occur when i type "-ms" command. my movespeed will automatically set to 100. it's not affecting me alone but also to the players that typing "-ms" (they did activate the password for the cheats). we always need to remake the game. please i need help for this problem.

It's because there is a command to set your movement speed...
So here are some solutions....

So if you type -ms 522, it would set your movement speed to 522.
Default is 100. So if you type -ms fdsjfjsdfjsdf, it would read it as default, and set it to 100.
Leaving it blank sets it to default, too.

So -ms would be default. (100)

1. Don't use the cheats and use skill to win, because cheating is for noobs who suck.

2. Use -ms BEFORE using the cheats, and then add the rest of it in your head, because you were given a brain for a reason.

3. Stop playing DotA because it SUCKS.

4. Remove JJ's CP from the map. (And Xantans, if it has it...) (And maybe Fai's... I think...) (Or all of them...)

If you don't activate cheats, it won't happen, because you can't use the cheats.
Simple enough.

There are some simple solution for that, first remember the base movement speed of your hero..

Type -ms while STANDING STILL (press hold), after you see the hero movement speed, then set back the base movement speed with -ms xxx.. So no one would see the different

But in my personal opinion, just what is the point of typing -ms ? you could easily calculated the math (base+boots+etc)...

Woah there, you can't go around making sense! That just won't work.
Who can add 290+50 in their head? No one. Pfft. Like adding it in your head would ever work...

that's why you use the "ms." command in Fai's cp and your brain can rest and forget about your hero original movement speed, man.

Or JJ could easily add a -seems command in his cp and use that instead of '-ms'

Or, the member could easily ask us to change the command, or do it themselves...
Not too hard to change -ms to -setms or something.
