cant log in on garena and garena website..

anyone, please help..


my lan shop cant log in on GGclient and Garena website..

I've tried reinstalling the client but still unable to connect and unable to visit the site..

I am thinking that My IP address is banned on their Site because all of my PC cant log in..
maybe my IP address is banned because I am using faked maps..

is my theory possible?

Try connecting with a computer in a different place besides your shop, and with a different account? It's possible that you were reported and IP banned.

Also, is your IP Dynamic? If so, try replugging your router.

yes, I have tried connecting on other shops near me and it connects, in different or same accounts on GGclient..


I've also tried replugging my router, actually this problem was detected 3days ago.. I thought that it won't we so long..

If your IP isn't dynamic, I don't think there's anything you can really do about it.
