Open up the war3map.j, like you're going to cheat it, and then hit ^F. Type in "call CustomDefeatBJ(GetTriggerPlayer(),"Cheat disabled.")" or right click and paste it in, and then hit search. When you find it, delete it. Then run the syntax checker (F9), because that's a good habit to be in, save, and add the war3map.j back into the map.
