Whenever I try to run MPQ Recover.exe, I can't use it properly because not all of the program is.. displayed... It's difficult to explain so I took a screenshot of it. Can someone please explain to me what's wrong and how I can fix it?
Thanks

Re: MPQ Recover Problem
Yeah, I doubted it was a problem with the download though.
Incase it helps i run Vista Ultimate x32 1280x768. I also use high DPI settings and the Vista Basic display theme. I tried all of those general settings and nothing helps. Also I have a similar problem with SF's CustomKick, it actually doesnt display the very bottom because it needs a higher resolution or something. 1280x768 seems like enough though...

Re: MPQ Recover Problem
But he's trying to generate a listfile, I'm assuming for use with an MPQ program. He could just use RMPQEx and then export the listfile that it creates, and use that listfile with MPQMaster or whatever other program he's using.
I'm using Windows XP 32-bit with 1024x768 resolution. I've never had that problem. It could be your theme, but I doubt it, as I've run that one and a few others without any problems with MPQ Recover. It's could either be an odd Vista incompatibility, another program is screwing it up (unlikely, in my opinion), or a hardware incompatibility. Most likely Vista, but you never know.
I definitely suggest using RMPQEx though. It's amazing at generating listfiles for maps, MPQ Recover crashes often, and doesn't create complete listfiles. And apparently, has odd problems with your system.

Re: MPQ Recover Problem
Doesn't vista have a compatability mode. Run the Program in any of the XP compatability modes. That should work.
