I know this must be possible as i can do it when using ShadowFrench's latest MH. How can i or could somebody please make a trigger that when scrolling with the mouse wheel instead of changing the camera angle it zooms in and out? Please help

Er, you can't. ShadowFrench's MapHack is much different from a simple trigger. You can't bind anything or overwrite the scroll wheel.

How does MH allow it to be done?

It overwrites wc3's zoom levels in memory - it hacks wc3.
So no way to do that with maps... if maps could do that, they could also delete all your files or worse!

The only way to detect theese things is using RtC, reinventing the craft.
But in that case, both the player and the makes have to use the program in order to make it work
