Man i am not sure but i think there is no way while loading screen only in game.

You would have to hack warcraft, and program your own program within the Program of warcraft lol...

Or create a third party program to do what i said above for you...

Are you sure they didnt mean at the very start of the game like the first 2 -5 sec of gameplay? Because thats possable
