It doesn't have your activator, but it has everything else you wanted. I'm not going to open up my map again, change the activator, and waste space by uploading the exact same map with just a different activator. It's pointless, especially since changing the activator in JJ's cheats is really easy.
If you really want it with your activator, just open it with the MPQ tool of your choice, extract the war3map.j, open it, and change "-cheats " in the 10th line to "-hahacheats", save, and add it back into the map.

On a side note: initialD, why'd you put in Dekar's cheats? He said JJ's!
[edit] Why, whenever there is a new version, there ends up being two or three topics all asking for it? One will be an old topic asking for it to be updated, one's a new topic, half the time by the author of the old one, and then one more asking for it with a few special activators. This happens every time with DotA, too.
