missing war3map.w3h and war3map.w3u in dota 6.53/6.54b

hi just wanna ask anyone knows how to recreate those files listed above? becuase i wan to edit the abilities of the units and the units themselves, but without the buffs/effects file and the units file i can't do a single thing.... can anyone help mi on this? thanks a lot in advance
