Need Help, I cannot Host

Theres internet all around my house because of Linksys. I've connected the EmbarQ internet box thingy to the linksys box.

alright, go to start-->run--> type in cmd

you should have a big black box, press enter once. after that type in ipconfig, ull get a bunch of numbers and names, under ethernet adapter local area connection you should have something called Default Gateway, the number from that is what you want. after that, type that number into your http on firefox (i think it works with firefox) and you will get a page that has the company and such, thats how you get into your "box".

As for your internet provider i dont exactly know how to make sure you have it port forwarded but you can probly get get to your "boxes" firewall from there.
