What..? You're supposed to extract them from the map, but dota doesn't have them for some reason -.-"

cagik.. you don't understand, the files we need are not in there... which is w3q,u,h

without this 3 we are not able to use silk program properly and can't open and view custom units/abilities in World Editor.

Ah, I don't think that those files are actually needed by DotA. Those three are custom buffs/effects, upgrades, and units. I don't think that DotA needs those files. It just uses the normal buffs, like Thorns Aura and stuff, and upgrades aren't even used. And, it uses the normal units for creeps, and even the heroes are all already in the game. Those files don't exist because they aren't required for the game, DotA doesn't have custom objects of those categories.

.. You should try opening the 6.51 version, dota has around 2000+ custom abilities. I'm pretty sure icefrog is hiding them somewhere.

Just some extra skill to reduce the map size by a little bit.

I think I will just move this to the map editing section.

You won't be able to get these files as Icefrog create all the units and abilities in a seperate map widgetizes them then imports the widgetized files into the DotA map therefor not creating the units, abilities and other files that you require
